Alessandra Ambrosio Before and After

There is no doubt that modeling industry is especially hard on people when it comes to their appearance, which is why various plastic surgeries are extremely common among both famous models and the ones that are at still the beginning of their careers. Sometimes it’s extremely difficult to tell whether a certain model had plastic surgery, especially when the surgeries have been done at a younger age. In this article, I will take a look at Alessandra Ambrosio.

Alessandra Ambrosio, born on 11th of April, 1981, in Erechim, Brazil, is a successful model that has worked with the world’s most famous fashion brands, including Prada, Armani, Chanel, Oscar de la Renta, and most notably, Victoria’s Secret. The model has also appeared in hit movies, such as Casino Royale and 2016 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

The features of the model that I will discuss in this article are:

Ear Surgery

According to the model herself, she decided to undergo the ear-pinning surgery when she was young, more specifically at the age of 11, because she didn’t like her ears.

As Ambrosio has told the Edit magazine:

I always knew I wanted to be a model so I decided to have my ears pinned back, because they stuck out a bit.

As a result of choosing a medical specialist that was not experienced in performing the procedure, her ears turned out not the way she expected. Afterward, the model admitted undergoing several more cosmetic procedures later on to fix the way her ears looked. Nowadays, Alessandra seems to be comfortable with the way her ears, as she is often seen rocking various updos that reveal this part of her body.

Nose Job

Alessandra has never had a large nose, which is obvious when you take a look at her modeling photos from when she was a child. At the same time, her nose tip does seem slightly more narrow and pointy in comparison to her childhood pictures, which may be a result of the nose changing with age, clever contouring, or minor rhinoplasty.

Chin Surgery

The sculpted cheekbones and chiseled jaw line of Alessandra Ambrosio have given rise to the speculations that the model has undergone a chin surgery at some point in her life. But, when I looked at the childhood photos of the model, I could see that her chin was already quite pronounced and pointy, which is something that became more obvious when Alessandra lost her baby fat. The V-line chin is the dream of many models, so there is a possibility that the Victoria’s Secret model decided to enhance her appearance by getting chin job, but it’s difficult to tell.

Laser Treatment

When not working, Alessandra likes to keep her skin free of makeup and we can also see how perfect and flawless her skin is without foundation. Apparently, several Victoria’s Secret models, including Alessandra swear by the so-called Triad facial. This skin rejuvenation method consists of three steps – microdermabrasion, laser treatment, and a light 20% glycolic peel. I’m sure that the model resorts to other cosmetic procedure to keep her skin in excellent condition, but this is the method that has been addressed.
